I have found Erica to have a lot of knowledge about her products and not just a store that carries a bunch of different things and wants to make money. She does only carry a few select things but they are the ones that she thinks are the best and she doesn't want to carry conflicting items. Therefore, you won't get 6 different soft structured carriers and dozens of creams, ointments and body washes but what you will find are tested and tried quality products that are top of the line. Her prices are reasonable and from comparing with other sites, right in line with her competitors.
Erica has even allowed me to borrow a test baby carrier for a day and try it to see if it's the best fir for me and my child. I think a lot of moms don't have great information about baby carriers or wraps and how your child's body and spine should be aligned and Erica makes sure that you are given this info and use your carrier properly. She also only carries ones that are ergonomically correct for your posture and your child.
Throughout my experiences with Erica, I have grown to trust her judgement and feel that she has a lot of integrity and value her commitment to finding and informing her customers/followers about the best products out there for Mom and Baby or in my case, preschooler.
