Parking is hideous. Staff are vicious. Can’t bring your own food. Bouncy castle is off limits to kids under 3!

    Activities We Did:

Lots of time spent in the bouncy castle but they have a ton of variety for a large age range.

    Good to Go!:

The range of activities keeps kids entertained and they don’t want to leave, it’s also open until 8:30PM so it’s nice to go relax after a long week and just have pizza night out.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

I wish they ordered the pizza earlier, younger kids need to eat by 5:30 usually so it’s hard to wait until 6 or later for pizza to arrive. The slices are $1 per slice but the size of the slice varies, 1 of my slices was a full pizza slice and the other 2 were really one slice cut in half. I wish they had a set way of splitting it up so I knew how much pizza I was really getting and could have placed my order in for more to begin with. Service was a little slow — for snack items as they got busier so it was hard to keep meltdowns at bay while waiting for food.

    Quick Tips for Others:

Get there early? and then check in and put your order for pizza so they know to order enough for you + your kids.

I agree with Jenni about the pizza slice size. I paid $ 1 for what seemed 1/2 of slice of someone else’s pizza slice.

    Activities We Did:

older child played with cars, train set, playset slides and maze, climbing everywhere, bouncy castle and kitchen. younger child played in cushiony play area, on slides and swings and in the exersaucer. Lots of stuff to keep kids busy for hours!!

    Good to Go!:

for the price, especially a group rate, you can’t beat this place for hours of fun. we could have stayed all day if it wasn’t for nap time

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

a water fountain would be nice….and more boys costumes.

    Quick Tips for Others:

if you have trouble parking, which usually is not an issue, just step inside and ask the owners as they are very helpful in finding a spot. Can’t bring any food, but they have plenty of kid friendly snacks at reasonable prices.

    Activities We Did:

much to do but lots more for older children who loves to climb wooded area.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

i know we were told parking is usually not an issue but it took us over 1/2 hour to find parking but had to ask someone else to move in one of there loading area spot. once inside thought couple of slides were too close to wall & suggested play area to be fenced off so kids won’t run out to eating area. Sucks you’re forced to buy their food, can’t bring own but at least i was able to bring bottle of milk.

    Quick Tips for Others:

maybe call ahead about their parking as it’s tricky with the ontario servicing not too far so lots of ppl looking for parking then there’s other businesses having their own reserved spots so not much parking unless you really circle around a number of times.

    Quick Tips for Others:

The facility is not visible from Birchmount but is down the middle aisle of the plaza.

Lots of toys and activities for kids of all ages. My 11-month old enjoyed ride-on toys, the mini-kitchen, using the grocery cart as a walker, and much more. Great to check out – free for kids under 1 year old.

I happened to be wearing socks, but if you forget, they sell socks for $1. It’s a nut free facility (no outside food allowed), but then I couldn’t feed my son the snack that I brought. Water is allowed, but no food.

    Activities We Did:

We came mostly for the moon bounce and that didn’t disappoint. The play kitchen/store was fully stocked and had nice quality items (wooden stove/fridge, plenty of toy plates and utensils, food). Climbing structure is unique.

    Good to Go!:

Moon bounce is loud so it took some convincing but she loved it. There is a good size area dedicated to ride on toys — I love that so the kids don’t have to worry about crawling babies or other obstacles in the way. Loved the play kitchen area. It was surprisingly clean and well lit, some indoor play areas feel like basement dungeons but this one felt spacious. We were there for about 2 hours and could have definitely stayed longer.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

The climbing structure is more of a maze, openings here and there with the occasional slide, beautiful to look at but with socks, very slippery if your kid likes to run.

    Activities We Did:

Lot’s of riding toys, big foam building blocks, train set table, fully equiped kitchen with dining table, store stall & shopping cart! Also the bouncy castle, BIG climbing structure with swings for babies too! Dress up section, and lot’s more!

    Good to Go!:

I love the big open space. It nice to sit at a table and have a view of your child at all times. Free parking is also a plus. I’ve never utilized the free wi-fi but play to in the future.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

You are not allowed to bring outside snacks (even if they are nut free). So you’ll have to pay $1.00 for a small bag of snacks (like teddy grahams). They claim that they change the toys often, but I’ve been there 6 or 7 times in the last 2 years and it’s always been the same toys (except the puzzles).

    Quick Tips for Others:

I love that they have a training seat in the washroom wall that you can put on the regular seat. I would recommend close supervision when children play on the climbing structure since it is 2 to 3 stories high and children could easily fall off (but the floor is padded).

My daughter can play for 4 + hours here! So I find it’s good value for time spent.

    Activities We Did:

Bouncy castle, slides, swing, climbing apparatus, riding car roller coaster, riding cars, train table, kitchen play, soft climbing structures, baby bouncy chairs, shopping cart, and other riding toys.

    Good to Go!:

This place is huge! There’s lots to do for all ages, and the facility is super clean.
You can see your lil’ sweetheart from anywhere in the room, except for around the wooden climbing structure. But it’s fun for Mom to chase them around it anyway!16

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

You can’t bring your own food which sucks, but this is for the protection of those sweethearts with allergies, so pick your battles.
I’d like it if they would include beverages in the admission price like a lot of other places do. It would help to balance out the fact that you have to pay for snacks. At least there’s a good selection of coffee/tea/cold beverages, and they’re only $1.

    Quick Tips for Others:

If you want a “real meal” and not just snacks, they allow you to order in from La ‘Famiglia restaurant. Two (well 4 including the babes) of us shared the Dinner for 2, with enough left for our husbands, and it was only $18 something. The pizza is pretty good, better than Pizza Pizza, and the prices are reasonable.
It’s a “socks only” facility, and if you forget, they have both Men’s and Ladies socks on sale for $1!

I’m assuming they just had some work done, as there was a (contracter?) visiting when we were there and they were nitpicking over some flaws that I couldn’t see.
Just a testament to how clean+sanitary=safe that they strive for the facility to be. Thanks! ;-)

    Good to Go!:

    - I really like this place and will be back. Lots of equipment that’s age-appropriate for my kids, especially the big play structure for my daughter (and swings for my baby!) and the smaller soft climbing structures for babies and toddlers. My daughter also loved the bouncy castle, cars and trikes, building blocks and the pretend-play kitchen. The only things I would have also liked to see are a ball pit (but that can get messy fast!) and walkers.
    - I love that this place is one big open area so I can keep an eye on both kids at the same time!!! I’ve been looking for a place like this for awhile!

    - Love that they have free wifi although it will be awhile yet before I can make use of that since my baby is now crawling

    - I probably won’t use the gym equipment (too lazy) but I think it’s a great idea. You can workout while you watch what your kid(s) are up to!

    - Affordable and a good variety of snacks, like pop and fruit juice for $1, baby mum-mums, granola bars, apple slices, baby carrots and dip, bear paws, kraft dinner and mini ravioli (50 cents – $2).

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

    - The only suggestion I have is maybe to expand the hot food menu so kids can have a good meal there and not just snacks.

    Activities We Did:

bouncy castle, slides, cars & bikes, train set, kitchen set, tents & cousioned play equipment, giant lego set, pretty much anything a 2 year old can get his hands on.

    Good to Go!:

The variety of equipment and play areas is amazing. Enough to keep a 2 year old boy busy and out of trouble (most of the time).
Very spacious, not over crouded even with the amount of different activities available. Also, every time I have been it has not been over crouded with people either, 1/2 price Wednesday’s seem to be a bit busier, at least in the morning until about 12 noon.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

Cant think of anything that I dont like about this place.

    Quick Tips for Others:

Remember to have socks for everyone, including adults. Also, no outside food allowed, they do carry a number of fairly priced snacks and drinks.

There is also an area with adult excersize equipment where you can be on the treadmill, eliptical, or resistance training while watching your children in the play area. Perfect for those mom’s who can never find time to get to the gym – and you only pay for your children, so definitely cheaper than a gym membership.
