    Good to Go!:

    I had a relaxing massage with an RMT who worked on some muscles that were tense from carrying the baby (and from my not-so-great posture!) I left baby at home with hubby since he happened to be napping but in the future, I’d definitely take advantage of their free child care on the Mommy Massage Days (which are posted on their website).

    Quick Tips for Others:

    They are open 7 days a week and there is free parking included behind the building. They also gave me a complimentary bag of Epsom salts to use at home after the massage to enhance its effects. They have an interesting policy where they don’t take tips, and instead ask that you spread the word if you had a good massage.
