Good to Go!:
Steve has been going for 5 years. He started at 10 with the 10-12 program and now at Teen Camp. It is an amazing camp where kids have made life long friends and now plan to go the same weeks. It has developed Steve into a mature young adult more than anything I could have ever imagined. The Animal Sharing program is amazing.

Good to Go!:
Amazing staff, amazing bed and breakfast. Spending the night in the park. Rooms were clean, themed safari, fully stocked with snacks and all your food and drink for the night. A bottle of wine fir the adults was a nice addition. Toys, videos, educational material in the room were all geared to the zoo and were definitely an added bonus. Provide flashlights for nite time exploration. The staff leaves you free to check out the zoo after hours, its like owning your own zoo. Amazing! The sound of the animals was a lullaby to put us to sleep. The Behind the Scenes, was AWESOME! So worth the money. Actually getting to play with tigers, wolves, and lemurs. Hands on, and so educational.
Quick Tips for Others:
Definitely worth the money. Book well in advance. You WONT be disappointed.
We already have plans to return yearly! Kids loved the whole trip. Priced for all families to be able to afford. Staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, and the grounds were amazing. Animals were healthy, stimulated, and in amazing condition. LOVED IT!

Activities We Did:
I’m a girl guide leader and we did the Night Safari with our Girl Guide and Pathfinder groups. This included a hands out presention of 7-8 reptiles and mammals they have at the zoo, a night time feeding tour, and sleep over in the bunkhouses.
Good to Go!:
The feeding tour is always great to see. The staff are very knowledgable and very friendly. The animals are well cared for and loved by all who work there. The zoo offers you a chance to see these animals much closer then anywhere else I’ve ever been.
Quick Tips for Others:
It’s not a very big park, but expect to do a bit of walking.
