    Good to Go!:

    This is an excellent exercise class for women that have had a c-section. In comparison to other baby & mom classes this one is great because you have your baby on you at all times and they are usually happy (or if you are lucky asleep!). I really enjoyed this class.

    Quick Tips for Others:

    Invest in a good carrier. I would recommend an Ergo Baby.
