    Good to Go!:

We held our daughter’s 3rd birthday party here. We visited this location over the holidays with my 3 year old and my friend’s 9 year old son. Both kids had fun and at the time, we were looking for a place to hold her birthday party (and were running out of time). I haven’t been to many other indoor playgrounds, the only other one I’ve gone to is Alltimate Party ‘N Play (twice). We chose this facility because they had availability, but also because the staff were very friendly. They were helpful in both the planning of the party and on the day of the party as well. Overall, our experience was very good. Our guests had a good time, they didn’t rush us out (which was good, especially as quite a few of our guests arrived a bit later). They provide all of the party essentials – tableware, balloons, pizza/hot dogs, juice/pop, cake and they also have loot bags based upon the age/sex of the child that you can pre-order.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

I was going to order the cake through them as well, and asked if I could visit the bakery to take a look at the cakes. I was told the bakery was in Brampton (I live in North York). I then asked if they could show me samples of their cake designs on their computer. I wasn’t very impressed with the cakes (an image imprinted on the cake). The cakes didn’t look like they were professionally done. I decided to bring in my own cake.

    Quick Tips for Others:

The person in during the week is different from the person who is there on the weekend. I had requested one change and it wasn’t communicated to the other person. Luckily, it was a minor change and when I called the morning of the party to verify everything, I realized the omission and it was quickly corrected. I would recommend that if you make any changes, email them the changes and ask for confirmation.

Overall, our experience here was good. It was nice to be able to relax and let them take care of the set-up and clean up and just enjoy the party.
