What We Offer

We run soccer classes for kids (aged 18 months – 7th birthday).  Little Kickers was established in the UK in 2002 and has since trained thousands of children across the world, and is now delighted to offer classes in Canada.  The overall objective is to provide children with a fun, positive introduction to sport.  The programme combines the teaching of solid soccer basics, with the development of early learning skills such as learning colours, numbers, socialisation, sharing, following instructions, taking turns etc.  The company motto is “Play not Push” – emphasising the importance we place on ensuring the kids have fun at our classes and they learn through playing, rather than our classes acting as a mechanism to pressure their kids into competing.

We would love to welcome you at one of our classes for a Free Trial – please call us at 905 903 5437.  We run classes all over the GTA as well as in Niagara, St. Catharines and Guelph and we are continuing to expand, so please check our website for all of our locations and times (www.littlekickers.ca)

Congratulations to Little Kickers who was voted the winner of the Best Sports & Fitness Class for kids in the Greater Toronto Area!

    Good to Go!:

A great soccer program for kids as young as 18 months. The uniforms are cute.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

My son had a hard time joining the activities as did a lot of the kids. I found that the coaches were hit and miss and often just played with the ones already playing and did nothing to encourage others to join in.

    Quick Tips for Others:

Wait until your kids are a bit older. 18 months is way too young for organized sports.

Great soccer program for toddlers starting at 18 months. It was the only program I could find that as early as 2 years the parents are not completely involved but rather on the sidelines for support and when needed.

There are many different locations and the sessions can either run for 6 or 12 session periods. When you sign up for 12 sessions they give you a 13th for free.
Our session was inside during the winter and cooler parts of the year and outside during the summer at this Eglinton / Yonge location.

They have 2 coaches per class and they do a ton of different activities with and without the ball, play colour cone games, kick goals, small kicks, big kicks, they run a lot, which is great for those toddlers who need a good run! They also have a few minutes here and there were they sit in a circle and follow actions with the balls, and times where they have to wait their turn to kick goals, so it really works on so many different developmental areas of each age group. I highly recommend this program.

Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

Most of the coaches are excellent, we had one that wasnt really on the ball with the younger age group, but he wasnt there for long, so it worked out in the end.

The program originated in the UK, and they have been short-listed for the UK 2011 Smarta 100 awards.
