    Activities We Did:

    4 classes – the first was an “intro” – to the people in the group, no useful information was shared, then there was a class on breastfeeding, a class on sleep, and the final class was like a “farewell” – also no useful information!!

    Not so Much/ Suggestions for Improvement:

    i thought it was terrible. there were about 20 couples (that’s 40 people cramped into a small room!!). the owner was annoying and unhelpful. the classes were worthless. what a horrendous waste of $250. didn’t prepare me for my labor in the least. totally put me off returning for their kids programs.

    Quick Tips for Others:

    absolutely skip the prenatal – try the music classes once your baby is born.

    Event/ Program/ Class Name: Kinderbabies

    Activities We Did:

    Kinderbabies class, for babies 3-8 months. This class is filled with music, singing, hands-on activities, body awareness, etc., perfect for the infant. My little one loves the classes, and I do to.

    Quick Tips for Others:

    I can’t speak for all of the other activities and classes that are offered, though they sound wonderful. I wish I’d known about this place for prenatal classes and the I’m a Mommy class, as I would have attended. I can also say that Kinderbabies is what it is due to the incredible instructor, Jen. I can’t say enough about this dynamic teacher.

    Event/ Program/ Class Name: Mom/Baby yoga, Butt-Kickin' and Music classes

    Activities We Did:

    Lots!
    - Yoga for mom and baby
    - Butt-Kickin’: an intense cardio and strength training workout for mom, with space for babies on the side (with toys, swings and exersaucers) as well as child care provided by the amazing Jen
    - Music classes for baby

    Good to Go!:

    Orange Dot is the perfect place for mom and baby to spend time together, founded by a mom of 4 who knows what moms need. They offer prenatal classes (info and exercise classes), postnatal classes for moms and classes for babies and older kids (music, Spanish, birthday parties, etc).
