The first annual Toronto West Halloween Fest takes place on Sunday, October 28 in support of St. Joseph’s Health Centre. It’s Toronto’s newest, best and most exciting Halloween event that combines the best-dressed neighbourhood parade with the most amazing family friendly Halloween party ever – with lots of treats!
Parade starts at 3pm and the party at 4pm.
